Dr. Pan considers his journey to the orthodontic field a series of amazing blessings. He grew up in Richardson, Texas and attended Baylor University in Waco for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Pan then completed his dental degree from the University of Texas dental branch in Houston followed by his education in orthodontics from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. From his perspective, he had the brightest orthodontic education in the state.
Dr. Pan has returned home to practice in the great state of Texas but has not left behind all of Alabama. He returns also with an appreciation for international outreach, which he was involved with at his church in Birmingham. When he is not working on teeth, Dr. Pan spends time with his family, watching movies, eating, or reading/thinking about teeth. Dr. Pan believes in every good endeavor, there is a way to serve others. His desire is that this would be achieved through the field of orthodontics
As a new transplant to Texas, Dr. Voissem is excited to call Milestone Dental and DFW his new home. While his heart and football team (The Green Bay Packers) will always stay in Wisconsin, he is excited to be working in such an energetic and fast growing place such as Texas.
College at Saint Louis University, graduate school at Barry University in Miami, Florida, and dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska brought Dr. Voissem all over the country before setting roots in Texas. In Dental School he made deans list multiple times and served as president of the Dental Student Union. To provide the best care for his patients, he has done research with the American Dental Association Foundation, and he is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentists.
When not obsessing over your oral health, Dr. Voissem can be seen (literally) running around Dallas as he burns off the calories from his other big hobby: cooking. He is also a proud coffee and beer geek, and he dabbles in photography. But be careful; he can talk for hours about any of those things.
